Phase 01

Training courses & workshops

We offer training on our products and tools as well as specifically on the respective application scenarios. Workshops have proved particularly fruitful in recent years, in which your experts and ours spend usually 1.5 to 2 days intensively analyzing your application, making rough dimensioning and examining the important special operating cases.

Phase 02

High-voltage conception & project planning

Related to the particular application we can support especially for the high voltage system. Dimensioning of E-machines and inverters, DCDC, cables, power distribution etc… As part of a project planning we can contribute feasibility analyses in the area of drives and power management.

Phase 03

Commissioning & optimization

During the steps of commissioning and optimization, we are happy to provide support especially for the drive system and, if necessary, also for power management. Optimization of the parameters, e.g. of the drive systems, can be provided as well as possible setups for log functions. We offer extensive possibilities: on-site but also digital or hybrid.

Phase 04

After sales & maintenance

In the after-sales area, we offer on-site or digital support. Our efficient service team supports with spare parts which we ship worldwide. We see a special advantage in our powerful diagnostic tools, which are integrated as standard in our inverters and DC/DC converters. These are available to your and our technicians.
